I’m Marie, valedictorian, former medical engineer, wellness strategist, and certified integrative health coach. I’ve lived and worked across five countries, and now I help ambitious teens in Asia’s top schools step into the 1%.

I specialise in guiding 13- to 18-year-olds to build focus, resilience, and future-ready habits, so they can ace IB, A-Levels, SATs, and even GREs without sacrificing their health.

My program is designed to support your teen throughout one full school year.

  • 12-month commitment with 24 private coaching
    credits (each = 50 minutes).

  • Flexible scheduling: teens can book more
    sessions during heavy exam months and fewer during lighter weeks.

  • Extra support between sessions: WhatsApp check-ins, on-demand parent strategy calls, and ptional pantry reset or helper training.

  • If credits run out, families can purchase additional sessions at a preferred rate.

how do we get started?

Step 1 — Free Discovery Call

We jump on a 30‑minute Zoom. You outline your teen’s challenges and hopes; I explain my integrative, science‑backed method. Together we decide if this program is the right match.

Step 2 — Deep‑Dive Intake

Once enrolled, you and your teen complete a detailed Health History Questionnaire. I review nutrition patterns, sleep, stress triggers, and study habits so the plan is tailored and not generic.

Step 3 — Health History Kickoff Session (60 min)

I connect with your teen, align on how we’ll communicate, set weekly and long‑term targets, and deliver a personalised blueprint that covers meals, movement, study blocks, and recovery habits. You have the option to join as a spectator for the first session, if your teen agrees. From there, we meet weekly to turn the blueprint into lasting habits.
